Joseph Galdzinski started Star Photo Studio in Winnipeg when he and his family moved from Cranbrook circa 1918. From 1918 – 1922 the studio was located at 202 Pacific Ave. The family resided here. Circa 1922 Joseph closed the studio and the family moved to Carrick. In 1924 he re-opened Star Photo Studio at 490 Main Street.
